Promueve and the Ministry of Culture and Sports are collaborating once again this year

Promueve and the Ministry of Culture and Sports are collaborating once again this year in the organization and development of the VII Culture and Citizenship Meeting.

Promueve wins for the second consecutive year the public tender for the coordination and executive production of the VII edition of Culture and Citizenship.

The festival, promoted by the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Spanish Government, took place in Tabakalera Donostia, one of the most emblematic cultural spaces of our city between 13 and 15 October 2021.

Four months of intense work and a team that has brought together more than 30 professionals have made possible the implementation of a programme full of presentations, activities, debates and workshops, in an edition that has had more than 90 speakers and projects invited in person.

Promueve was responsible for the organisation of presentations, activities, debates and workshops, and for liaising with all guests and the public, as well as for institutional relations with the Ministry, the Guipuzkoa Provincial Council and Tabakalera.  It has also coordinated the graphics, signage, videos and contents of the entire event, and the design and provision of equipment and furniture in the more than 2000m2 occupied: the Patio hall, the anthology-apology hall, the Prisma hall and hall 2.

All of them, intervened thanks to the planimetry, design, creativity and assembly, among other things, of the 16 stands that Promueve has built for the exhibition of the invited projects. And also, of the provision and design of the scenography, the networking spaces, the reading and bibliographic consultation area and the space for the performances.

In addition to coordinating the logistics of all the guests throughout the 3-day event, Promueve was in charge of monitoring the content and programming at all times, as well as the parallel coordination of all the production and technical teams hired.

The results of the VII Meeting on Culture and Citizenship leave us with an unbeatable taste in our mouths: 500 pre-registered participants and more than 3500 streaming views have made our event a success. And not only that: the subsequent evaluation of all attendees has been more than positive. The exquisite and personalised treatment, the professionalism and seriousness of our work as well as the trust in our teams and suppliers are our best allies, and without a doubt, the fundamental key to obtaining these excellent results.
