The Machine Tool Biennial, which took place in June 2024 at the Bilbao Exhibition Center located in Barakaldo, welcomed hundreds of exhibitors, but few of them came with a stand as complex as the Amada stand.
In fact, Amada's stand for the Biennial was already a major challenge from the briefing. It was necessary to generate a layout that would allow access to the stand from all 4 sides, that would organize the exhibition of many machines and the trade fair activity in 9 different areas, achieving visual impact on all 4 sides.
That's it!
2024
We decided to move the machines and meeting rooms to the perimeter of the stand and use the aisles as a showcase, generating an exterior and an interior route.
In this way we managed to place the visual impact where we were interested.
Then, once the visitor had approached the stand, we were interested in “lowering” the visual stimuli, identifying each area and exhibitor with a closer reach.
Another challenge of this booth was the distribution of the machines and optimizing their display. They worked live and created a lot of expectation in the visitors.
Finally, we mentioned the large number of visitors, and how they were taken care of at the Reception, in the informal meeting area, the private meeting area and/or the DEMO booths.
Undoubtedly, another example of a complex stand that meets the required quality, visibility at the fair and solved with our know-how, the best guarantee of success for your stand.
